PRE-PRODUCTION

Discussion & Planning

First, we’ll discuss your needs, goals, and outcomes to frame a strategy for production. We'll also plan out the general timeline, talent, and budget needed to accomplish your goals.

We then will share this in a formal, multi-tiered proposal for the project, and once you've selected the tier that works for you, we'll begin scheduling out our shoot and draft dates.

PRODUCTION

Filming & Finalizing

Next, we visit your facility and record your people. This may involve co-writing an outline of questions for the interviews and may span several recording visits depending on the scope of the project.

From here, we edit the footage together and share the drafts with your team for review via email with private YouTube playlist links.

DISTRIBUTION

Promoting & Consulting

Depending on your needs, we deliver the final files in a shared google drive folder, or for an additional service fee, we share your new media on your social media channels or website for you.

As always, Tait Media provides consultation and support for any future interviews your company may desire, including packages that bundle this service for a larger project.
